Display announcements from parent site in Meeting Workspace (sub-site)

I want to display the announcements web part from a sharepoint parent site on
a page in a meeting workspace sub-site WITHOUT HAVING TO USE FRONTPAGE.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Hello,
There is a freebee webpart that can do this for you, and you do not have to do any modifications in Frontpage.
The webpart is called cseg Rollup webpart and you should be able to find it at

I have installed it, but not been able to test it though, but it might just do the trick for you.

I just looooove SharePoint 2007 (beta) where these things are made soooo easy!!
