Well, if you are asking about doing this in a desktop vbscript (in other words, not in a web page and not in ASP code on a web server) you might want to look here:
Browse to his "unclassified downloads" to find an example of how to do graphical user interface VBScript applications.
Note that this "borrows" from web technology but results in true desktop applications, and doesn't involve a web server.
