Hi all,

Is there a way to display all current users logged into a workgroup?

Yes, there is. I have a similar setup on one of my databases. Basically I have a table with 2 fields. One for the user's login and one with a yes/no field. When the user logs into the database a hidden form opens up with the user table as its record source and filters on the current user's login and sets the checkbox to "Yes". When the user logs off the form closes and the checkbox is set back to "No". I have the table linked up to an Admin database so I can always tell who is logged in. This is the basic setup, you can also add login and logoff times in the table and keep records of the user's login history by filtering the hidden form to only include records that don't have a login time. It's actually quite a simple procedure to do. Hope this helps you out.
