Hello,
I have used Crystal Reports to display the account number on the Purchase orders. I would like to also add the account description. The account description is not in any of the tables MAS 90 use for the purchase order. I guess I need to write a SQL statement to look up the description for each account number on each line item. We just implemented MAS 90 and I am still learning. Can anyone provide any help?

In Crystal (Form), you will need to "add database to report", which should be the GL1 file. You can then link GLAccount in the PO2 file to Account Number in GL1. You can then place the Account Description onto your PO form. This is easy - you don't need SQL statements! Hope this helps!
