Display a Page for 10 seconds

Is there a way to have a page display for around 10-15 seconds, with graphics, and then have that page automaticaly go to another page, like the index.html page of the web site...I am needing help quick on this, please answer soon, thanks.

Thank you, I have got it now, I am also looking to do something else too.

I am trying to find a shopping cart program, or FP2000 New Page template that will create the shopping cart pages for me. I know I have to put the items on each page, but am not sure how to do the rest.
