In regards to my last question..I must be doing something wrong as I cant get the name to show. The called number shows. Not sure I am positive where this CLID box is. Caler ID in target line is set to no and telco features of the SN set is set on name.

We have an incoming toll free dedicated on an LD PRI. DNIS 3889, target line 492. How do I name this incoming line so the user knows that someone is calling it. Example, I call and display should show FTTx. Thanks.

You can name target line 492 FTTx. Don't check the CLID box when you assign the line to the phone or else you will see caller ID instead of FTTx.

OH, that would be it I am sure! Thanks.
