Display A Default Image When User Is A Moron

I have written an app which loops through ads in a database and displays them for users that pay for the service on my site. No matter what I tell them many cannot upload images with the correct naming convention, file type, whatever...

I would like a default picture to appear when their picture will not show up.

Any Ideas?
