Display a call type instead of Port Name on IPCC calls

Our switchboard number give callers the option to go to SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICES or to hold for SWITCHBOARD.

All SALES calls have the product type withheld from the agent, but if it is a SWITCHBOARD or CUSTOMER SERVICES call we'd like to have the call display that instead of the PORT NAME.

Is this possible from within the CRA Scripts?

I know we could use the Enterprise Data window to pass this info through but these departments have the EntData window set to STEALTH.
