Hi gurus,

I need to display two levels of summary in a crosstab report in impromptu. i dont want to use the summarize option of impromptu. i have four rows of data. i need to sum row1 and row3 and call it as total 1 , similary row2 and row3 as total 2. how do i do it. ur help is appreciated.

TIA

Not sure if you can do this in a crosstab itself (someone may tell e otherwise. However, one way around it would be to insert a sub report on the page (providing you are using Impromptu V6, Crosstabs don't allow sub reports in V5 or lower). Source the subreport from your 'main query' and format it show it shows your values where you want them on the page.

Hope this helps.

Adam.
