Good Morning/Afternoon
I'm after some advice on automation. I've written an ActiveX EXE in VB which I can automate from within a VC++ program that I have written. The only trouble is the auotmation is 'one way'. That is, everything is driven from my VC++ client. Can someone please tell me an easy(ish) way to achieve a 'two way' exchange of data? That is, how do I perform actions within my VB app to automatically update info in my client VC++ app. I've been told to set up a dispatch pointer member variable in my VB app interface to point to my VC++ app (ugh?). Is this true? If so, how do I do this? What sort of a variable is a dispatch pointer etc?
Many thanks
Simon
