Dispaly on 1220VoIp phone

When I install a new 1220 VoIp set, the display says "User:88NXXxxxx" which is the DID number of key 0 of the phone.. This just started. Prior I would have a display saying "x new callers" ? No new firm ware has been installed. The phones were bought in bulk so all of the 1220 VoIp sets
came at the same time.
