dispaly changes to vendors

I am trying to locate an R3 standard report that will illustate based on date and user changes and/or additions to vendors (Business Partners). I have used Tcode S_ALR_87012089 but it does not display the general data changes made when the change is around a vendors EIN or TIN number.

Is there an alternative report that anyone is aware?

When you go into this Tcode, did you click the little plus next to the variants button?
Did you check all the further selection items?
Did you fill in your company code?
Did you fill in your Purchasing Organization?

I'm not sure what field your are looking for, but doing this seems to provide me all the information that I need.
