Diskperf not starting

Hi,

We have 2 Windows 2000 servers on which we cannot start diskperf -y (or the options -yd -yd and -y -e). We also reinstalled SP2 but the diskcounters or not starting. Ofcourse after a change in diskperf the servers where rebooted.

Is there something more we can try or does someone have some more information about this problem?
