I almost hate to ask why, but okay. The diskless boot for workstations depends mostly on the NIC than the NOS on the server. I remember back in the day when you would install a ROM chip for diskless operation of a workstation. Now we have PXE (Preboot eXcution Enviroment) that can be used (not familure with PXE products out side of ZENWorks, but I am sure there are a few out there).
There are also some Citrix diskless workstation options. Brent SchmidtCNE,Network +

Thanks for the response. To get it to work I copied over the login dir of a working 4.11 server (the boot image, DOS files, and NW client). We are using more modern NICs that have the ROM chip integrated. Why you ask? We need to test some "dumb" terminals opperating in 4.11 environments. Why spend big $ in maintaining HD equiptment when all you need is an OS. The programs and data are stored on the server.
