We have just upgrade from netbackup 6.0 to 6.5 and we are getting the following error: jobs fail with this error:
Disk volume is down resource request failed (800)
Has anyone had this issue when upgrading. It does not happen all the time.
I just updated from 5.1 to 6.5.3.1 and had a similar problem with disk volume down. I had to delete the storage unit definition and recreate it. After that, it worked fine.
