My server is and upgrade from Nt.
I've got C: 2GB D: 14GB

Now C: drive is full.
I've moved something (also pagefile) to D: drive but I need to have more space.

Someone knows if there is someting to clean up? (90% of C: is occupied by winnt folder ...)
I found about 10 folder namend $NtUninstQXXXX they shuold come from patch installation of NT (I've checked with my installed programs, W2K patch have a different number).
Can I delete them?

Disks are in raid 5 and I can add another on .. can I extend c: drive?

Are you serving printers ? If so you can also move the spooling folder.

Search for and delete - *.tmp, *.dmp, *.chk, and *.$$$ files.

Also worth looking out for large .LOG files used by backup etc.

Should be fine. In case you are worried migrate them rather than deleting.

Not easily no, you'll need some kind of partition software such as Server Magic.

Ash.
