I'm running 4.2 and the disk space on G,H,I,J is at 393MB and has warnings in the event log, will this cause any probs or will it start to over write, the files are bluedat and cdcdat files

Don't quote me on this, but if memory serves, the way the Sybase works is to take the entire drive and call it his. While it may only have a few meg of data stored on the drive, from Microsofts perspective, Sybase is consuming the entire drive, thus MS complains about there being no drive space available. The error is a false positive, in other words, meaningless.
