Disk Shredding? 1

Does anyone know of any software which will completely destroy and trace of Data on a Hard Disk.

The reason I ask is we are selling of a load of old PC's and my boss wants them cleaned more than just fdisk.

The U.S. Government says that data must be overwritten at least 3 times for it's image to be unrecoverable. Take that for what it's worth.
