disk shows 100 % on 6F1 with no activity

Hi,

we have disk (Fiber chanel RAID) showing 100% buisy on 6F1 with no activity at all.
Then the systems crashes occasionaly.

Anybody have observed such a phenomena on 6F1? "Long live king Moshiach !"
