Disk Quotas and Group Policy

Quick question to see if any ones has delt with this.

I want to create a partion, enable disk quotas.

Then configure the quotas via Group Policy per OU.

Will I be able to use the one partion with disk quotas enabled? with diferent sizes of the qoutas taken from group policy?

like one OU will have a 1gig quota and another OU has a 2gig quota. Will I be able to use the one disk or do I need to have two separete disks?
