I have an Exchange server on a Dell PE 2650 with a PERC 4/DC connected to a SCSI drive cage running RAID 5. What would the ultimate performance settings be for the following?

Read Policy: Currently set to Adaptive Read Ahead
Write Policy: Currently set to Write Back
Cache Policy: Currently set to Direct I/O

Any data integrity vulnerabilities?

Thanks

Write Policy: Currently set to Write Back"
This is extremely important, the other two produce little variations in performance.

The stripe size setting would have the greatest performance affect other than "write back", as Exchange has small data chunk sizes, the 64 k default would not produce the highest throughput, 32k would likely be the better choice. Search google on Exchange stripe size
