Disk or network error

I am using innoculate antivirus software on my server and my client machines. My users are receiving a disk of network error when they try to retrieve data from their disketts, sometimes I get an error "file locked for editing". When I disable the incoming virus mode on the realtime monitor the problem disappears.

Can anyone tell me what my problem might be. I am running TNG VIDEO SERVER and innoculae as my antivirus software. My os is winnnt
