Disk or Network Error in DMZ

Hello

We have a ms access '97 database that sits on a web server that is in the dmz part of the network.

A user in our internal network, accesses the db but almost everyday she gets the following error.

"Disk or network error. (Error 3043)"

Has anyone had this problem before?
