disk missing but active

Hello,

I've encountered an issue with a disk "missing" but "active":
#ls
rootvg:
PV_NAME PV STATE TOTAL PPs FREE PPs hdisk0 active 542 266 hdisk21 missing 542 287
#lspv
hdisk21 0058710a8386ead1 rootvg hdisk21 active

the disk is in stale state :
LABEL: LVM_SA_STALEPP in errpt report
PHYSICAL PARTITION MARKED STALE

What can I do to resolv this issue ?

have you tried doing a varyonvg of your VG?
