I have upgraded two HP Vectra VL600's from WinNT 4.0 to Win2K Pro. One of them went very smoothly and all my partitions showed up. The second kept giving me a "Inaccessible_boot_device" error until I removed a large NTFS partition on my 30GB Seagate. The upgrade went smoothly at last, but, now, Disk Management shows only 3.8GB additional left on the drive instead of the 24GB+ it should have. I've tried a number of things with FDISK (under Win 98 boot from floppy; FDISK sees the whole disk) but nothing works that will show up in Win2K Pro.
Any ideas? Is there a registry item that might be editable for this?
Thanks much all.
