I have a 4GB partition on one of my servers that is reporting 3.75GB used, but when I tally up the sizes of all the main folders, they only come out to ~1.5GB. THere are a few files on the root, but nothing of substantial size. Recycle bin is empty. When I try running disk cleanup, it either hangs, or takes a REALLY long time to do anything, cause I've sat and watched it not make any progress for mind-numbing periods of time....
Any ideas/fixes?

Bad sector in the FAT? Back it up and remake the partition and see what happens.

Something else comes to mind... how many hidden files are on the partition?

c:\>dir /s /a:h

You may want to check and see if you have a pagefile on the C drive. If so, this may explain the difference between the amount used space and the amount of space that your folders are taking up.
