When attempting to utilize my Disk fragmenter it comes on, acts like it is functioning but actually does not do anything or no more than 1%. Checking details only shows a white blank screen.
The Scandisk only goes as far as the allocation files and finally stops and unable to go any further due to something operating that I cannot even fathom.
How may I get both tools to operate? And is there anyway to locate the running program that would prevent scandisk from completeing its task.
