Disk Copy 6.5b13 Error code (-1309)

Okay guys I baffeled....everytime I try to image a a Mac with both OS 9.2.2 and OS X 1.1.3 I get a error message. The image disk operation did not complete. (-1309). Anyone know what -1309 is for or a work around maybe?

when you image it, do you have enough drive space left to build the image file? or are you trying to load an image?
