DISK CONFIGURATION PROBLEM AT BOOTUP

I have just rebooted the server and received a message that goes something like: "DISK CONFIGURATION PROBLEM AT BOOTUP..." and thats where it stops. We have 2 OS on the server but nobody knows the password to the second one and the sysAD is away on holidays. Can anyone tell me the best place to look to resolve this problem?

The system is a Citrix Winframe 1.7 OS with 2 SCSI drives.
