i have a large project comming up... just under 200 bcm's
will will be pre-staging all befor installation at the client site.....
the customer programming will be 90% same for all sites...
is it possible to clone the hard drive after we set up the first bcm as a template? also.
would it be possible to perform a backup on the first bcm programmed and then restore that programming to all the others!
i would HATE to have to program each one.... from scratch using that crappy unified manager!!!
has anyone played in this at all...
thanks

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY WE TRIED THIS ONCE AND IT DOESN'T WORK, SOMETHING ABOUT THE HARD DRIVE ID NOT MATCHING

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

What does work is to back up the Telephony side of things, then you can use that for a template for your other systems.
And yes, you do want to make a clone copy, but only to be used on that same system if it should fail.
Just did one today.
