Disk array messing up boot

I have a Sun x4600 server. Added a SCSI card and connected a Storedge 3320 disk array (JBOD). Once connected, Solaris 10 is trying to boot using any of the disks in the array. My operating system is on the 4600. When I add only one bank of disks (6 disks) it boots fine. When I add the entire array (12 disks) it can't find a boot device. Has anyone run into this before?

I have never heard of this before but, have you run probe-scsi-all from the NVRAM ok> prompt to see if you have SCSI ID issues?

If you are wanted to know about JFS, you asking the wrong forum, you need to be asking an AIX forum that question
