Disk Array Controller Failure in p650

Hi,
one of my LPAR shows disk array controller failure. this LPAR is connected to FAStT 600 and 900 storage servers.
i found out the device name(failed) and it belongs to FAStT 600 storage. i was trying to run hardware diagnostics. but i couldn't.

i would like to know the standard procedure to approach this problem?

You have to provide a bit more information. You need to narrow it down to either the Fiber-Channel Card, or the Array that resides on the FastT. If you log into the FastT through the management GUI, then you can at least eliminate the possibility of it being on the SAN. Once you have ruled out the SAN then you can concentrate on the LPAR. Check to see if the firm-ware or NVSRAM was updated when the error occurred.
