I have a workstation that very frequently has disk activity occuring even when essentially idle with only Outlook and IE open. Task manager doesn't shed any light on what is happening. Is there a utility or tool that I can use to monitor exactly what the drive is doing and which process/app is behind it? I'm certain it isn't memory swapping.
