Disk 2 Disk 2 tape backup 1

I am thinking of implementing an open source solution for running a disk to disk backup of my application servers and my file server then backing it up to tape. I am running an NT 4.0 domain. I've got about 650GB of data total.

What's a good open source backup solution?
