disjointed rollovers in dreamweaver???

(In fireworks)I initally designed my nav bar with disjointed roll over additional information appearing in another part of page.... All looked very nice but had problems exporting it in to dreamweaver, so I have saved all indiviual image files in to image section of site and was going to insert behaviour in dream weaver. Basic rollover swap image works but can't work out how to implement my disjointed rollovers. Have been going along the lines of show hide layer but don't seem to be able to attach action from different layer. Would be very greatful if someone could point me in the right direction as this is such an intergral part of my whole design and plan.... perhaps not possible??

lets say you have 2 images on your page
First step is to give each image a name in the properties bar.

now lets say you have named them top and bottom

lets say you want top to change when you mouse over bottom, you will select bottom and go to behaviors swap image and chose top, then chose the image you want to change it with.
