The search feature on a FP discussion web. I'm using the forum within a regular web. When I use the search function it searches the entire web and I only want it to search the messages in the forum. Here's part of the script
"webbot bot="Search" s-index="All" s-dsn="default"
How can I edit the script so it only searches the contents of my "comments" folder? I'd like to think it's only a matter of replacing "All" with "/comments".
I like the ease of maintaining a web with front page but I'd like to use a different forum script "Discus". Problem is that FP rewrites the script and corrupts it. Ah......compromise

I created a discussion web with the wizard, named the index "comments", then copied the resulting files into my existing web. Remember to get the "borders" folder or the ability to respond to a thread won't exist.
Problem is that the search function now searches my entire site instead of just the forum files. Hope someone shows up in this ghost town and has the answer to my question!

I too have tried the forum in my FP2000 built website. the wizard helps a little but not enough so that the everyday user as myself can get the forum going 100%. I will search for more answers elsewhere and if I do find anything I will post what I find here.
