I just installed SMS 2.0 on a Windows 2000 ADV. Server (192.168.7.10), and another server has SQL 2000 (192.168.7.11) server loaded. The setup went find. I have setup the discovery options, and the only computers that show is the two Win 2000 servers. I have set the boundaries to the IP subnet (192.168.7.0) that the computers are on, the same Subnet that the SMS server is on. I have set the discovery methods. 1. Net discovery, 2. Win Net Login Discovery. I even tried to load the client manually with no luck.

Does anyone have any ideals that I can try?

Thanks

P.S. I even printed a document off of Microsofts web site that explains the discovery. Chapter 9 - Discovering resources and Installing Clients. This doc. shows how to setup the discovery of computers.
