We are using InnoculateIT 6.0.102 on an all Windows 2k domain.

the admin server is on one subnet seperated by a firewall another subnet. I have port 42508 open for the discovery, but it seems that the clients try to use a random port to respond to the admin server. IE- 2079, 3004, 3063, 3073 etc.

We have our network locked down and dont want to open up all ports to that server. Is there anyway to force it to use a set port on reply?

Hi

Ensure that ports 42508, 42509 and 42510 are open. Before dicovery check if you are able to ping the machine. If the ping does not work then the discovery also will fail.

Hope this helps
