Discoverer Report Crash System

I have a problem where we have a EUL in Discoverer 3.1. A couple of users try to run existing reports and after the progress bar briefly appears discoverer crashes with no error messages.

I suspect there may be a problem with access permissions on these two users as I can produce the reports OK.

Please can someone tell me how I can compare the user access rights I have against those that the two users have.
