I have found the group to be extremely professional, helpful and cost-effective. Their materials are first-rate and their customer service is second to none.
Offering discount vouchers is subject to some substantial investment. You have to buy a certain number of vouchers and then they are subject to an expiration date. If you don't sell them before they expire, the vendor just lost that money.
Just as an inquiry, why do they have an expiration? Wouldn't be much easier to sell the vouchers if they were able to be used whenever? The vouchers would be sold in a higher quantity, and retained by more individuals, why would you not buy a voucher if you knew you can use it whenver you wanted? Plus if the person doesn't use the voucher then they are losing the money, not the vendor. Do not go into great detail on this one, like I said just an inquiry, more of thinking out loud, any insight would be for peace of mind. Thank you in advance.
