Disconnects in Win Server 2003 NAT

I am wondering if any of you experience the same problem with Windows Server 2003 NAT. My connection drops every 10 or 20 minutes. Refresh the NAT service will normally re-establish the connection. I can't keep refreshing the service. Please help me out... Thank you!
