disconnects constantly

Our users experience disconnects from citrix periodically and it does not re-connect them. If the user happened to have a transaction open, but not saved, we are running into some serious data corruption (as a citrix disconnect doesn't actually close the application).

How can we prevent these constant disconnects? We are running our apps on the citrix presentation agent 9.150.
 
Can't the users reconnect to their existing sessions? When a user cannot reconnect to an existing session, what is the status of their session, (active/disconnected)?

I've had experience where a user gets disconnected but their session is still detected as active on the server. If a session is active, you cannot reconnect to it again. You need to check to see if you have the ICA keep-alive option enabled.

Their status show as disconnected. Most times it will reconnect (when network connections go down etc), but if there is a process heavy action within the application (printing etc) the app sometimes disconnects and is unable to reconnect.
