Hi,

I have a user connecting to citrix through nfuse using CSG and secureid over Telstra Dial IP. They connect fine but get disconnected every 20 mins. They reconnect to same session and continue on for about another 20mins and happens again. The citrix session is disconnected but the modem is still connected. When the user connects via a normal modem connection using nfuse and secureid (no CSG) they do not get disconnected at all.

Any ideas??

Might be Telstra sending a "keep alive" packet (or "HeartBeat") to the workstation, and for some reason it's not sending it back. They do this to ensure that inactive sessions are killed. You aren't also setting up a VPN tunnel at all? Or perhaps the user has some form of software firewall installed? Check for some info on this. Otherwise, I'd call the Telstra DialIP support people because it's possible that they may be able to sort something out on their side.

Cheers
