Disconnection question

I seem to have one particular site that I recently began supporting that has issues with their Web clients reconnecting to disconnected sessions. It is not consistent but does happen frequently enough that I want to get to the bottom of it. I am running XPe FR2 on Win2K FR2. The clients are running the ICA Web Client 6.31.1051 and getting access via an NFuse 1.7 server. This site's internet connection is a "business-class" cable provider and they have a firewall with NAT enabled so that their one public address is translated for all of the internal users with private addresses.

Are there any NAT or Firewall related issues that would cause the Farm to not recognize them as the same user and client?

For what it is worth, I posted the same problem at the Citrix forum and the problem appears to be a firewall session timeout value.
