Disconnecting users from Microsoft Remote Desktop

HI, I have a major problem at our branch office, we have migrated to Terminal services on Win2003. Users keep disconnecing (then automatically reconnecting again) between 2-10 minutes into a session. I have logged in as these users from somewhere else and I am not having an trouble at all. It seem to point to their network, but the users do not all disconnect at the same time, but at different intervals independantly.

What could this be?! And how would I go about trouble shooting this problem? I am stuck!

Well, when I have problems such as this, I check the log files. Have you checked the event viewer to see if anything "jumps out" at you?

I have sorted it now Chris, for anyone else, this link provided some useful stuff:

But my problem was the router which seemed to be closing the sockets, replaced router and bang sexy bang! All OK.
