We have a new dictaphone system going in, (Winscribe) and there is a problem with the ports hanging. The voice card that they have in the server is requesting frequencies. Does anyone know any frequencies that a disconnect requires?

I have an option 61c rls 24. They said the system uses d-tones for dictating and cannot be used for disconnect.

Thanks

I have seen the question asked before with no answer to the frequency, however there was a option I seen some post.

Use a Nortel Intelligent OPS line card, NT1R20. In the FTR you need to add ISP 75 and the Meridian will open the line just like a CO does when the caller hangs up.

the ops card is an 8 port card and it works great when you need disconnect supervision from the switch.. one thing that may help, if the winscribe has timers you can adjust, shorten the flash timer and make the dosconnect timer as ling as possible
