I have an MD110 PBX. My users are very lax and can make calls up to an hour at a time. Unfortunately for me, the MD110 PBX does not have a feature that allows me to dicsonnect their calls after a certain time duration.

Can someone please let me know if a device (hardware or software) exists that will allow me to disconnect their calls. I guess that the CO trunks would have to be connected through the device so that it can take control of the trunks and disconnect when required.

Please help me out.

Thanks.

For any generic type of extension and for analog extension the parameter MCOST exists.(starting BC12).
It defines the number of pulses after which a call is disconnected.

that is for the puls charging method, but i guess no way for duration basaed charging unless you connect a device called BLACK BOX

Hi VMPOP,

I have been to google and ebay, but because I don't know what exactly the device is, I have not had any success. There are over 200 links to somethings called black box. I wonder if you could do the search and post the link here. I'll be very grateful.

Thanks.

Welcome back !!

Can you pls give tips about TLP11 & TLP60.... For TLP60, is it possible to make a solution for specific Channel??

Hi singhbrindisi !

Thanks!

Well, the idea with the trunk lines is that a specific extension and/or a route are time measured, if so desired. Also the time before disconnection is specific, also if the call is incoming or outgoing or both. All this is set up with RO/EX/KS parameters.
As described, this is usually done by route, not trunk individual. But why not, I have to figure out the shortest way to do it. This could be easier arranged by splitting the route and using CHO in RODDI, or?
I know this works with TLP11, TLP30, TLP37, TLP50, TLP/SLP60, maybe some other types, too?

Well, this feature works very good in AXE-10, by commands: we can monitor it (i.e., long duration calls), automatically disconnect it, or disconnect it by command.

At development some times ago MD110 was called "small AXE". It would be nice (fantastic) if anyone of E/// explain us why not so feature present in MD?
