I have PS4 with published apps for staff to use. Connections are made via a web browser, usually IE.

Problem
I have a few staff that consistantly have disconnected programs. I have told them to close all programs/logoff and I can not confirm they are doing this but their sessions are often if not always in a disconnected state. It appears to be the same people but I haven't been monitoring long enough to confirm it is only those users.

I have tried myself to do everything I can think of to put my session in a disconnected state but have not been able to do so.

Also how do I set the force logoff after a set time of disconnection?

KRPGroup,
The disconnect and reset settings are under the Citrix Connection Configuration Utility (CCC). This utility is located either under the START|PROGRAMS|CITRIX program folder or on the top of the ICA bar.

Double-click on the ICA-TCP protocol and it should bring up all of the properties.
Here you will specify your idle timeout and reset timeout sessions.

There is only one catch...you will have to configure this setting on all your servers... =O

Hope that helps.
