disconnected phone

I have a user whose phone needs to be disconnected for one day. She will be sitting at another users phone. How do I make her calls forward to a different extension? If she does not answer, how do I make her calls go to her voice mail?

if you use a forward to another extension ,and if she not answer , the call go to her voice mail , but the another extension must be a FDN to voice mail, and in cls SFA.
