Disconnected Command Timeout for Target 6.0

I am attempting to load an Ultra 60 box via an Exabyte 8mm Tape Drive The machine starts loading Super Blocks from the tape and then I receive the following messages: Warning: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@2(glm2): Disconnected Command Timeout for Target 6.0

Upon hitting Enter I receive a Bus Core Dumped I have researched Sun's site as wellas some other forums and everything points to the onboard SCSI controller. However this motherboard and SCSI controller card have both been swapped with known good ones to no avail. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.....
